This is the most ArmA ArmA of all time. The hit you get when the game works right is stronger than ever, and it has never been harder to get that hit. In nearly 10 hours, I experienced a solid 15-20 minutes of the best tactical shooter I'd ever played, and over 9 hours of kitting up, driving to the objective, and then having my game crash or randomly get disconnected. 10/10.

The Arma Reforger experience. Spawn into server at the arsenal to seeing 20 players in tighty whities, combat boots and helmets, one deep throating his mic screaming like a howler monkey, another blabbing about OSHA violations, one repeating over and over "I smell like beef" while tossing grenades right into the spawn area killing each other. Die. Spawn again. Die. Spawn again. Die. Spawn again and try to run away. Get mowed down by another guy in tighty whities screaming "squeal like a piggy boy REEEE REEEE" Spawn. Die. Spawn at a different spawn point. Start running across the map to actually find serious players. Hear a Humvee coming so dive into the ditch. Humvee goes screaming by, one guy blaring bagpipes while the others are screaming at each other. Cool, they didnt see me. Hear the humvee again, it ramps over the road into the ditch im in and pumps me full of 50 cal rounds while the driver runs over my body. Spawn and start footing it across the map again. Hear another vehicle coming, go to dive for cover but its a friendly. He slams on the brakes reversing at full speed honking almost running me over. Gives me a ride. Relieved to finally have a ride. Guy seems nice. And hes wearing a uniform. The crunch of chips in the background of his mic doesnt put me at ease. Hes driving while looking at the map while eating his chips and blabbing about point Nebraska. I tell him to watch the road. He still looks at the map. We go off the road at full speed and fuse with a tree at the molecular level. Car explodes. *nose sigh complete with brow pinch* Spawn at a different spawn point. Finally find a group of guys who are serious and just want to play the game. We complain about team killers and the influx of Xbox winners of the genetic lottery who are spoiling the servers now. Helicopter comes in to land to pick us up. We all get in relieved that were finally gonna actually play the game. A team member yet again in tighty whities comes out of the bushes with a rocket launcher and yells "YOU BOYS LIKE MEHEEKO!?" and blows our helicopter up. Alt F4. 11/10.

15 years old, playing Operation Flashpoint on my crappy Celeron PC with no dedicated GPU, the game ran poorly, but it made sense. 23 years old, playing ARMA 2 on my mid-range HD4870 equipped PC, game runs poorly but I guess it's doing more and it looks better. 28 years old, playing ARMA 3 on my top of the line GTX780. Game runs poorly, but hey, it's ARMA3 and it's amazing 39 years old, still playing ARMA 3, this time on a RTX4080 + 9800X3D. Game still runs poorly. Hmm. Almost 40, bought ARMA Reforger, RTX4080 + 9800X3D. Still runs like shit. Some things aren't bound to change in my life time. The performance of Bohemia Interactive games is one of them.

In 40 hours of gameplay the most important thing ive learned is if you get in a vehicle with teammates there is a 75% chance you will die in a violent car crash way before you get to the enemy base. 10/10 would be ejected thru the windshield at 60mph again

After 100 hours of pure gameplay, the biggest lesson I've learned is this: If you hop into a vehicle with your teammates(mostly randoms and open roof cars), if this conditions are met, there's a solid 70% chance that you're going to die in a violent car crash before you reach your destination point >:)

I found a very strange, in my opinion, statistics on the Arma Reforger, it says that 52 percent of Arma players are females, maybe I don’t know something? Have you ever met an Arma female player's in a game? I'm not asking for her or their nickname, just asking for a fact. Maybe I’m the only one who, since 2001 and the release of Operation Flashpoint, has not met a player female on any of the servers? The game is great of course.

If you're ever bored in game, just say "Clear comms" on the platoon radio! Everyone loves it and will instantly respect and revere you for you having your priorities straight! Also if your loadout doesn't cost at least 300 supplies, it's not a real loadout and everyone will laugh at you.
